From beginners learning lap swimming to seasoned athletes in our Northerns Swim Team and U.S. Masters group, we offer programs for every level. Enjoy expert coaching, fun challenges like the Big Water Swim, and a welcoming community that helps you improve skills and build friendships year-round.

Adult Competitive Leagues

Start your day strong with coach Bill Punyko! Improve strokes, build endurance, and enjoy a fun workout with friends. All skill levels welcome.

Join the Duluth YMCA Northerns! Build skills, endurance, and teamwork while competing in a fun, supportive environment. Swimmers grouped by ability. YMCA membership required.
