Dance
Dance is a great way to stay active and express yourself creatively while using your spirit, mind, and body! The Y is excited to have Christine Curtis, Breana Roy, Clare Shirley, and Lesli Higgins offering dance classes for youth and adults.
Recreational Gymnastics
Our gymnastics classes are offered at the Woodland Community Center (3211 Allendale Ave). The Y at Woodland (WCC) features a spring floor, uneven bars, beams, vault table, and tumble track for gymnastics. We have experienced coaches and instructors for all of our gymnastics classes and team.
Competitive Gymnastics
This is a year-round program for individuals interested in developing quality gymnastics skills while instilling the YMCA core values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility. Our competitive program is governed by the USA Gymnastics Xcel Program.
